ooh, promising stuff in there... love the orange plants particularly. while the glossy floor is cool, i think we could make it look older by having a dustier/dirtier, matte floor? i guess it depends on whether the plants took over in the space of a day or years...
Yer definitely play with the reflectivity of the floor, however having the lights and plants and such bouncing of the floor could look real nice, I mean we can show dust and grunge in other areas as well :D
This is a really nice piece, I agree orange plants are looking good, but this piece doesn't really say survival horror to me, it looks rather tropical, maybe its the bright light in the middle, looks like sunshine, not sure.
I was going for the lighting in the centre is the natural light coming from windows, but where it is dark has allowed the plants to mutate and grow in the darkness more
